October 1 was declared Blogtipping Day whereby bloggers chose three or more fellow bloggers they admired, listed three reasons for which they admired each, and linking to each provided one tip. Melissa Petri at Road Gladiator chose me as one of three Business Travel bloggers she admires (thank you!), listing among the reasons:
… despite the very specific area that you are covering, we (outsiders) still get valuable information which could also apply to our location.
Melissa also offered me two tips, one of which I got to work on this morning but decided that I also need your help as she called for a more exciting (colorful) layout. This week you can choose that new layout for Something Extra. In the sidebar to your right (just below my photo) is a dropdown menu that will give you the opportunity to change the template in which this blog appears. Feel free to fool around with it a bit and let me know via a comment if you have a favorite. I realize too that I have been delinquent in posting photos relevant to some of the entries, so look out for more of those soon.
