While out on the west coast a few weeks ago, I met up with a friend of mine, David Martin of the PlanIt Podcast show. Spontaneous as it was (at least on my side, David was the one traveling with the microphone and recorder), we did a live interview from the hotel’s bar covering topics such as training programs, memorable customer service experiences, and independent properties.
