That area is already packing them in shoulder to shoulder. Then all the tourist that stay at them go over to the west side and it causes a massive traffic jam along Honoapliilani Hwy. There's talk of a Lahaina bypass road, but they would not need the road if they would quit building hotels. It's getting bad. Just say no to Starwood! Maui is becoming another Oahu.
